Harriet Luyai

Digital Marketing Manager, Kenya Airways

Harriet is leading Kenya Airway's journey to a Modern Marketing organization. She has successfully led the implementation of the Oracle Marketing Cloud Solutions Eloqua, Social Relationship Management and has contributed to the delivery of Sales and Service Cloud in various capacities.

Harriet has experience in the airline business for over nine years having held positions within the Commercial and Marketing Departments as a Corporate Sales, and E-Business Customer Relations Executive, and Marketing Automation Lead respectively. A strong advocate of consistently delivering an enhanced and differentiated customer experience through multi-channel platforms across various touch points of the customer journey.

Jos Caelers

Director, Engagement Factory

Jos Caelers is founder and managing director of Engagement Factory (EF), a modern marketing agency with 35 consultants, distributed across The Netherlands, United Kingdom, France and South Africa.

Before setting up EF, Jos worked for Royal Philips in the area of Customer Relationship Management, Digital Marketing and Project Management. Within these roles, he implemented CRM, email marketing, behavioural targeting and lead qualification call centres across the globe. He also supported the deployment of Oracle Eloqua within different divisions, a project that won the Markie award for Rookie of the year in 2013.

Since the start of Engagement Factory Jos has supported many global organisations with the implementation of Oracle | Eloqua, set up of organisational change programs, persona development and campaign strategies.

Mark Emmett

Award winning Modern Marketing leader, Mark has a proven track record of driving marketing innovation, delivering a blend of strategic programs and tactical initiatives globally to drive growth and ROI in a number of businesses including Global SaaS Trustpilot and Sony Professional Solutions Europe.
